PUBLIC NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED RATE INCREASES AND ADJUSTMENTS ROCKY MOUNTAIN RAIL PARK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Rail Park Metropolitan District (the “District”) may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water and sanitary sewer services provided to the District’s residents and property owners within or outside the boundaries of the District. Such action is being considered by the Board of Directors of the District at a special meeting of the Board scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026, via video and teleconference.
