The Rocky Mountain Rail Park Metropolitan District is currently undergoing a comprehensive utility rate study. This study will help the District evaluate its current rates, ensure fairness among customers, and support the long-term sustainability of its utility services.

Please note that any changes resulting from this study will not take effect until 2027. The District is committed to transparency throughout this process and will provide updates as the study progresses.
